I don't know if you found the tortoise in the wild, or if you bought her from someone. I'm guessing that this is a lady tortoise.
I know several kinds of tortoise this is not, but I can't say for sure what it is.
Here are some things you should know in general about tortoises.
1. Your tortoise needs sunlight or a special basking light if you can't give her sunlight. This is very important. She won't be able to metabolize her food properly without sunlight. Metabolize just means use her food in her body.
2. Tortoises shouldn't eat things that are high in protein. Some people don't know that even green plants have some protein. There is a general list of foods for a tortoise on this Web site. 3. Your tortoise needs water.
