Please Help Us with Elena!!

Hello all, my name is Mia. My family was blessed with a female box turtle named Elena in October. She was very active and really enjoyed eating Fruit. Recently we have noticed a change in Her behavior, not eating as much, and Her right eye seems to be puffy. I did some research and learned it could be a few things. Unfortunately, we have came to the agreement that we can not provide the proper care for Elena and do Not want to just let Her go into the Wild. Fortunately we found You all! If someone could Please Help Us we would Gratefully Appreciate it. Thank You
