Wants to find rescue team in Mumbai

Can you please help to find a rescue team in Mumbai, India. I have found ( after lost of my Tipsy (a hatchling) the vets here know nothing or very little about this reptile and help is not provided to them when its need. I want to build a forum or community where all the turtle lovers of India can at least find a place to share and take care of the pet they love. The info provided by pet stores is inadequate and ofter wrong. Also, been told by Vet doctors they can do very little to help this baby to survive as they have only studied for cats and dogs etc. etc

Any help on initiative to start with will be look forward to take this on...
