A Baby Red-eared Slider Turtle

Hello!

I live in Thaland and my brother just bought a baby red-eared slider turtle two days ago. We have no idea how to take care of a turtle.
The turtle is now living in a medium bowl and a lamp. We put sand on one side of the bowl for him to sleep and water on the otherside for him to swim.
Also, we always put the bowl outside to get the sun during the day. We always change the water every morning so, the sand is always damp somehow.

Anyway, we don't think this is healthy for the turtle!
His eyelids are starting to look strange since yesterday. He got some tiny white bumps on his eyes and we're afraid it might be an infection or something.
Though, he looks active his eyes are very weird compared to the first day I've seen him!
Please give us some advices!!!
We don't want the little turtle to die T_T

And For the eye problem. My brother will get the turtle to see a vet as soon as possible incase of serious problems.

Vitamin A might help with the eye problem. Eye problems are serious. If vitamin A doesn't help see a vet soon.
