a new and old tortise

I have a Russian tortise, ive had him for 5 months now. I want to get another Russian Tortise to put in the cage with the one I already have. I have already got a cage big enough to hold two tortises when i bought my first one. Will there be any territorial issues between the new and old tortise, will they get along okay?
