hello friend you havent mentioned whether the spots on your turtles body are from first or they have newly arrived. if they are from first and if the turtle is with you from atleast two months then nothing to worry. because if anything would had been wrong then you could had noticed it immediately (illness of your turtle). if the spots have arrived now then examine your turtle properly as it might be fungus, and if its fungus, then, in early stages the turtle is perfectly fine, but later it does get ill and may even die. so my suggestion is, let your turtle be examined by a vet immediately.
