My baby African spur tortoise was outside getting sun and pug bit her and went thru her shell also bleeding!!! Will she survive????

Your tortoise will not necessarily die if it gets medical help.

The wound needs to be cleaned in ways you probably can't clean it. And it needs to be repaired by a vet.

Keep it slow and steady.
