Box Turtle Has Blood in Urine

I have a 15 year old box turtle who has never been a very good eater. In fact, for the past few years, we've been hand-feeding him through a syringe. Last night he was soaking in a basin of warm water and suddenly there was a huge amount of blood in the water! I was so upset and I didn't know what to do. I examined him and nothing was different on the outside so it must have come from inside. I am so worried about him and my vet won't be in his office until after the weekend. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
