Is it normal for tortoises to blow bubbles out of their nostrils?

Hi I agree you can not be too careful with them there is definately cause for concern. Take him to the vet he needs antibiotics.

Yes, it still matters. TAke it to a vet before thigns get worse. The warm soaks are good, but there is a problem if there are bubbles coming from its nose.

Hey guys,thanks for the advice.but she seems to blow them occasionally and I soak her everyday in warm water for at least 20 minutes.is that okay?

No it is not normal. My tortoise was doing the same and he had pneumonia, lots of TLC and antiobotics. Keep him warm and clean, with warm water baths for about 10 minutes a day. Dry him before you put him outside and only let him go out if it's sunny and warm.
Get him to the vet NOW !!!!!!!

Yes, it's normal ---

If the tortoise has a respiratory infection.

Please see a vet right away. While you wati for the appointment, be sure your tortoise is warm enough.
