I bought a blind Red Foot 9 yrs ago, the eye ball appeared to dry up and the sockets were sunken--8 yrs later it seems he is starting to have some vision and an eyeball is starting to show! What is happening?
I suggest you take the turtle to a rescue agency or to a vet who specializes in reptiles. I would imagine either would be very interested in your story.
