Spur Thigh Diet
by: Shelly

Your Greek spur thigh will do very well on grasses, some vegetables, and if necessary, commercial food. Be sure the food has no pesticides on it. Tortoises like yours will love dandelions, including the flowers, which are good for them. The apples are fine, just don't let it get at the seeds.

A tortoise generally should feel heavier than expected if you pick it up. If you are worried about weight, see a vet for a general checkup.

Keep it slow and steady.
