Can u help Prince Squirt?

My turtle Prince Squirt is about 2" long and I have noticed that he has not been swimming with the others nor has he been eating. We have had him for about 3 months now and he is not getting any bigger the other two turtles we have have almost doubled in size. I picked Prince Squirt up today and noticed that his shell is very soft like fexible almost, and for the past few weeks he eyes have been closed all the time. So if you could help me in any way it would be great. Thank you for you time.
