Cuttlebone munching

My red foot tortoise is approximately 6 inches long - would you have any idea as to how old it is?

Also, i have just bought some cuttlebone for the tortoise and she has gone mad for it - how much can i give her, i don't want her to "overdose" or can she eat as much as she likes?
