keep it clean

Please do not glue the nail back on, it will cause infection and a new nail will replace it anyways. You can take it to a vet so they can take care of it, or if you are more experienced you can keep it clean by rinsing and drying the foot off a few times a day and using betadine as a disinfectant, there are also a few antibiotic ointments you can get from any drug store that can be used on turtles as well, although I can't remember the names so you might want to look up what's ok.

Sterilize

i would defiantly not glue it back on, that would be more of a cause for infection. I would take it to a vet and they might give you some antibiotics and sterilize the foot then wrap it up so it won't get infected.
