Desert tortoise in shock?

Is shock possible for a desert tortoise? I have a female and she feel off our wall (about 2 feet high) and fell on the concrete upside down. I went out for a couple of hours and found her. She wasn't moving and I thought she was dead. I put her in cold water because she was in the hot sun all day. She now blinks her eyes, and pulls her leg in and out... Will she get better? PLEASE HELP!!

Fallen Turtle

Please seek medical attention for your pet as soon as possible. Having a hard shell does not mean they do not sustain injuries. Could be internal that you cannot see. For peace of mind, spend the money on this little guy and you will enjoy him/her for many years. They deserve your best care. Also, please refer to the internet or buy a book about your turtle. Not sure putting him in cold water was the best move. At least you did SOMETHING.
