dog attack on tortoise

My tortoise has lost a claw on one of it's front legs and the other leg has a flesh wound after being attacked by a visiting dog. There are also some shell injuries, which are relativiely superficial. The vet has treated the wounds with potassium permanganate but didn't feel antibiotics were necessary. 4 days later, the 2 leg wounds are still open and bleeding a little as she walks about. I have read on the internet that dog bites in tortoises will lead to infection in 80% of cases and could be very serious. Should I ask the vet for antibiotics?

Is it ok to leave the tortoise in her usual enclosure which has soil, gravel, grass, plants etc. or should she be restricted to a cleaner environment to keep the claw wound clean? Thank you
