Eating for a Turtle

Hello,my name is Kyra. I have a maturing female Eastern Painted Turtle. She eats alot of things. I was wondering, is it safe for me to give her vegetables?: lettuce, potatoes,corn, carrots, etc? Please reply as soon as you can. Thank You!
