I have an affrican tortoise that is not eating sleeping alot and breathing weirdly what do i do, when taken out of her cage she is very active: whats wrong with her???

Pet Problem

Is this animal getting enough UVB (sulight)? That can be natural sunlight or from a properly working UVB light. Is it warm enough?
If the ansewr to both those questions is yes, I'd take it to a vet to be checked.
