Hi, well eye health is achieve by lots of Vitamin A, from romaine lettuce etc.. this gives them very bright eyes...depending on the problem, right lighting UVA for basking, and UVB, light to help metabolize the food... YOu didn't give much informaiton. But turtle eye problems are serious. The best thing is to take your turtle to the vet. The vet will be able to tell you waht to do.
