is my star tortoise having eye infection? and is it healthy?

Eye Problem

i would check with a vet or local pet/reptile shop,
this is a beautiful stat tortoise, or google eye infection remedies on star tortoises on the web...wish I could help more but I do not own a star tortoise and don't know enough about them...
