getting Cracks in shell!!! HELP!

My Russian Desert Tortoise somehow got 2 cracks on the bottem of her shell. Also the bottem of her shell is getting soft, what should I do? Please HELP

Cracked shell

If your pet has a cracked shell then you should take it to the vet as soon as you can. The vet will also be able to advise you about the softness.
Try to go to a vet who is used to looking after tortoises.
