golden greek tort

I just got a golden greek tortoise from the reptile expo in CA. He or she has a little bit of running poop is that normal?? It is not pure water but def not solid. Shelly (name) sleeps a lot during the day is that also normal? I also don't know if I should have a heating lamp at night?? What kind of flowers can I feed Shelly?
