Green Head

The top of my turtle's head has gone a strange gree colour different from the rest of its body, any issues?

he may just be getting older and changing...or he might be sick.
you need more info for us to see about your tortoise!!! did you buy him or find him....where do you live..does he have a Warm gage...if so how warm...what is his diet...that kind of stuff!
