my turtle has an abnormal growth on her neck. Almost like someone put a very timy ball in her mouth to make her cheek/neck look big. she wont eat or move for me but she will for her dad. Im very concerned and im afraid of what is gona happen to her. She is only 3 months old and the pet store says she will be fine but I find that hard to believe. Please help me :-(
