I feel so bad..my dog chewed and scratched my 6 yr old tortoise's front legs to the point of there is no armor scales left on his legs!! He seems a little lethargic and I can't afford to take him to the vet at this time. I was wondering if I can put Neosporin on them? Is there an antibiotic I can give him? Help!!!
