I gave my Russian tortoise some Spinache and carrots in a starfoam bowl. He ate a big section of the bowl. What should I do? or can I do?

Eating styrofoam

I guess you'll just be waiting and watching for it to pass.
And I guess you've already figured out that a styrofoam bowl isn't a good thing to use for tortoise food.
