help !

I have a tiny turtle witch I saved from it's previous owner it's a baby I think I have give it the eat home I can until I can get the proport supplies from a pet shop I'd like some tips on how to look after my turtle and what it need like water temp ect . It's also not eating is this because of it's new home ? Also he/she keeps on rubbing it's eyes ? Thank you .

Turtle eye problem

The first and most important thing to do is get to a vet to have those eyes checked. While you are there, ask all the questions you can about general turtle care.

Since you seem to be starting with very little information, go to your local public library and sign out a book on basic turtle care. A good book will have photos so you will know which sort of turtle you have and will give you the specific information you need.

But do get the eyes checked. Eye problems can be very serious for a turtle and you will want to deal with it sooner rather than later.

Keep it slow and steady.
