HELP!!! Broken shell and guts coming out!!!!

My dog got my turtle and we found it with its shell broken and stuff (guts???) coming out. We don't know what to do!!! we put it back in the tank and is moving around, and even eating! but we don't know what to do about the broken shell and stuff coming out! will the shell ever recover and our turtle be OK? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

You need to get your pet to a vet as soon as possible. There is a huge risk of infection at the very least. There could also be internal damage you can't see. Please have this seen to as soon as possible.

Keep it slow and steady.
