my mom was watering plants and my dog got a hold of the tortise and his shell is cracked and he is bleeding and white stuff and grey stuff is showing up im scared he can only mov two of his arms please help

please take your tortoise to a vet as soon as possible. This sort of injury needs to be cleaned professionally to guard against infection.
