Hermann's Tortoise shell is softer than it was prior
My tortoise's shell is slightly softer than it was when i went out of town.
What is happening?

Soft shell

Your tortoise is not getting enough calcium. This can be because there is not enough calcium in its diet or it can be because the tortoise is not getting enough UVB light (sunlight).
Keep it slow and steady.
