Protein for tortoises
by: Shelly

Tortoises do NOT need protein! Do NOT feed cat or dog food to your tortoise.

EVER!

Keep it slow and steady.

by: Anonymous

what u need to do is take mushed up tortise/turtle pellets, wet or dry cat food (protien) and microwave it but first put it on a plate with water on it and hand feed it twice a day.

hi yeh i went back to them today and explained to them they said all torts get gunky eyes, and she had had gunky eyes even before i brought her! but then said oh u can swap her for another tort if u want. the answer was a defo no. took her to the vets got to wash her eye for 7 days then take her back, it may be to the wood chip they keep her on as she does dig and may be the dust geting into her eyes. other than that she perfect, all i can say is avoid copnor tropicals in fareham.....

Eye Problems
by: Shelly

This is NOT from sleeping!

I can't say for sure, but it sounds like your pet has an eye infection. I suggest a trip to the vet.

Keep it slow and steady.
