hibernating a hermann's tortoise

i have put my herman tortoise into a box with straw and airholes, i have put her in the shed but when i checked her on the first morning she was awake and im not sure what to do now. will she strave to dealth and die what do i do???

Hello Sue,

I have noticed several comments from you that are typed in all capital letters. Those are very difficult for others to read online. They even make Google downgrade a site. There is also a convention that says that capital letters=yelling in digital communication.

Because of the reasons above, please use normal lettering when posting here. I do not want to delete your offerings and I do not have time to retype them myself.
