Hiding Tortoise

Hi can you tell me why my Tortoise is alway's hiding even when I let him around the house many thank's Nigel

Tortoises are like other creatures. Each one has its own personality. Yours may very well prefer to be alone.

It's best to respect the animal's wishes and leave it alone to come out on its own time.

Keep it slow and steady.
