i bought my tortoise over 3 weeks ago and he still not opened his eye. so i took back to pet shop and theyve been puuting drops in his eye and they said he may have scratched it. just wondered if he is ill and is worth taking him back again

I would just let the pet shop refund your money and let them take care of the injury. If you are going to purchase a Tortoise, I would go to a breeder in your area, that will be able to help you to raise him in a natural environment.
