housing a russian tortoise

I've had a russian tortoise for aobut 3 years now. I first got her while I lived in ohio and she lived in an idoor terrarium but when I moved to colorado I made an oudoor enclosure or should I say enclosure'S. I made about 4 differant ones and they all had there own problems surface. She escaped from two of them one resulting in her getting all the way out of my yard and into the neighborhood for about 4 days until a neighboor found her. Now I have her in a large fire escape I have thats filled with rocks. I don't think she's very happy and I'm debating on either letting her go or bringing her to my moms apartment and building a sort of new enclosure on the padio. ( which she wouldn't be able to escape from because the padio is cement ) I would put some tall grass in a part of the enclosure a small dog kennel for her to hibrinate in and maybe some small gravel. I want to do what's best for her but I also want to keep my tortoise around.

thanks for your help.

Try something like this, please just don't let your tortoise free in the wild, this can be put both indoors and outdoors so when it gets too cold then it can easily be picked up and placed on a table inside
