If your tortoise is not eating, it is may not be warm enough. A tortoise needs a place to bask every day to get warm enough to digest food. It also needs to be able to cool off if necessary.
The basking temp. shold be 16 degrees to 28 degrees.
If providing the correct temp. dones't help, see a vet.
