how do you repair a puntured totoise front leg?

My turtle has been attacked by a small pitbull pupy and a grow pitbull and her front left leg has been puntured. when u look at it you could see the bone and flesh and i want to know how do you repair something like this.

repair a punctured tortoise leg

You go immediately to a vet. A wound such as the one you describe needs to be properly cleaned to prevent infection. Your tortoise might need antibiotics as well. Be sure you get instructions from the vet about how to help your pet to full health.
