How to raise a healthy, happy Baby Map Turtle

I have a 4 month old Mississippi Map Turtle, and would like to know the following, how many fortified calcium pellets a day? Have good filter, Fluval, how many times a week do I do partial water changes, and how many times in a month do I vacuum? Is it once a week I vac and that provides the partial change? He is healthy want to continue... Water is 82, basking is 90/uv and UVB is 10. floating log, rocks to climb on out of the heat, etc. Anything else I need to know or am not doing right? Should I lower water temp, I have adjustable heater...etc. Appreciate any advise, dedicated turtle owner.. Sincerely, Susan...
