i got a russian tortoise and i think hes a male last year, i just got a new tortoise yesterday from a guy and he said the pet store told him it was a female but they both have long tails. how do i know what sex they are? also my tortoise wont stop laying on the new one...and he nods his head at it...what does this mean? is it normal or should i do something about it?
