i need help my turtle is sick

i need to know whats wrong with my res turtle. he wont eat and he just stays in one spot. i dont think that he is able to swim because he floats up. also his eyes look swollen and theres this bubble type clear thing around his eye. he has been like this for over a month. what do i do.

You have a sick turtle. It is definitely time to see a vet. The vet will examine your pet and ask questions about the habitat. The vet can give the necessary medication and advice about anything you should change in the habitat.

It this has been going on for a month, it's time to take quick action before you have a dead pet.
