I think my Horsefild tortoise is ill

hi,

whenever my horsefield tortoise wakes up which is nearly never, it seems to struggle opening its eyes and it gets a white liquid from them when trying. He seems that he cant see as has its eyes shut alot, even when walking.

Im worried
