I think my spur thighed tortoises is dead..?

I came down from the bathroom this morning to my wife telling me that she thinks the tortoises is dead. I opened up the vavarium and picked her up and her eyes have sunken back in to her head. Her legs are floppy and her mouth smells ransid.

I have a male thats exactly the same age because they came from the same group. There 7 years old and I've had them since they where little match boxes :(

I'm not sure what to do so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
