Ill Tortoises!

My tortoise has its eyes closed and hasnt opened them in a while..also it has a runny nose but not all of the time, just occasionally.

You have a sick tortoise. It has at least some respiratory problems and possibly an eye infection. These things are not likely to get better on their own. Please see a vet as soon as possible.
