We have a small secada tortise that our dog got a hold of. She has three punctures in the top of her shell and one puncture on her underbelly. Is there a medicine to put on it? Or is there a good way to treat these injuries?

Comment You will want to see a vet. Puncture wounds need thorough cleaning, cleaning you are not likely able to do as well as a vet.
