my red eared slider turtle won't eat. he is 1 inch long and i have had him for 7 months. there are black rings around his eyes and the only time he opens his eyes is when i put him in water. i recently found out that he needs a heat lamp and a uv lamp. please help, i really love my turtle and if he died..... id.... id.... i dont know what id do. i know i need the lights or he will get sick but i need to know whats wrong with him first.
