The edges of my baby red slider turtle is curving upwards, what does that mean? Does he have a disease?

It can be normal in a baby. But it can also be a sign of metabolic bone disease (MBD).
Be sure your slider has adequate lighting.
If the shell is soft when you push on it, see a vet right away.
