Hi. I had my Russian tortoise for over 3 years and for a few weeks, it completely stopped eating and now is not moving at all. I went to a pet store to ask a reptile specialist about his opinion, he said the tortoise is really dehydrated. Can you tell me, is my tortoise dead or is it just in a hibernation or something?
