How do you know if your tortoise is dead?

 Checking a tortoise for life

If you want to know if your tortoise is dead or alive, touch a foot. If you get a reaction, the tortoise is alive. If nothing happens, it is probably dead.

If it is that ill, it is time to take the tortoise to a vet.

Keep it slow and steady.
