I have a leopard tortoise but he sleeps most of the day and eats little, He is in a table top has a basking area of 92 degrees150 w ceramic infared heat emitter in the middle of the table is a D3+ reptile lamp with reflective strip this made area is only 70 degrees sleeping area 68 is this too cold. How can I add extra heat. Will he wake himself up to bask if he is too cold in his hide?
