Is My Turtle dying

Hi,

I have a very small turtle that I bought 4 months ago it was ok then suddenly it stopped moving 2 days ago. It doesn't eat, its lower shell started to have pinkish discoloration then it started to smell..I tried touching it's hands and legs it doesn't move..Please help ASAP
